We collect only the data we need to respond to you and to run this website:
- Contact form data — your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message.
- Booking data — if you book a meeting through our scheduling link, your name, email address and any details you provide when booking.

- To comply with legal obligations — where applicable, legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary, technical processing required to serve the pages to you. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers. Because of this, no cookie-consent banner is required. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent beforehand.
5. Who we share your data with (processors)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions, under a data processing agreement:
6. International data transfers
netcup GmbH processes data within the European Union. Calendly LLC and Interien US LLC are located in the United States, so using their services involves transferring your personal data outside the European Economic Area. Calendly also participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. You can request more information or a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep contact-form and enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and we delete it within 12 months afterwards, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical server logs are kept only for a short period for security and troubleshooting purposes.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
